Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Each item is made to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. Because every piece is produced individually, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please double-check the sizing guide (posted in every product listing) before placing your order.
If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or another production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you to make it right.
If you receive the wrong item, or if there is a problem with the print or garment quality, we’ll gladly help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us at casey@fromtheunknown.shop within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

Photos of the item.

A brief description of the issue.
Once we review the request, we’ll let you know the next steps.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order in accordance with applicable consumer law. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with proof of purchase. Made-to-order or personalized items may be exempt where permitted by law. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help resolve it.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All items are made to order and are final sale. We do not offer refunds for size issues or buyers remorse. Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit may be issued at our discretion for eligible returns or special situations. Store credit is non-transferable and may be subject to an expiration date.
