Dylan Borland is a U.S. Air Force veteran, former geospatial intelligence specialist, and Intelligence Community whistleblower. In September 2025, he testified under oath before Congress about his experiences with UAP and the retaliation he says he faced after coming forward.
During his testimony, Borland described a 2012 encounter at Langley Air Force Base involving an approximately 100-foot-long triangular craft that came within about 100 feet of him. He said it was silent, interfered with his phone, appeared fluid or dynamic, and rapidly ascended to commercial jet altitude in seconds.
